A Message to our Loyal Customers Regarding COVID-19

Dear AllSouth Customer,

What a few weeks this has been!  First off, let us start by saying our thoughts and prayers are with each of you and your families.  As experience this uncertain time, know we will remain steadfast in serving our clients to the best of our abilities.  We have taken measures to ensure you continue to receive uninterrupted service from our team.  Our doors are still open.

Thank you for your business throughout the years.  Over the past 20+ years in business, AllSouth has always placed a priority on the well-being of our team members and customers.  We understand the growing concern regarding the outbreak of the new Coronavirus (COVID-19) and that it is increasingly impacting our communities.

We are actively monitoring all public sources of information and guidance, including the CDC and the World Health Organization, to ensure we are taking the necessary precautions for our team members’ and customers’ well-being.  We are also implementing extra sanitation processes in our AllSouth Showrooms and with our delivery professionals, in-home technicians and our field service specialists to ensure the health and safety of our communities.

SHOPPING OUR SHOWROOMS

We strive to provide a clean and safe store for our customers every day.  With the given circumstances, we have developed additional sanitation protocols and are taking extra cleaning measures throughout the day to ensure your safety.  Common areas, door handles, counter-tops, computers, credit kiosks and other surfaces are being disinfected with increased frequency throughout the day.  Also, we have increased the restroom cleaning and disinfecting cycles. CONNECTING WITH OUR TEAM MEMBERS

We have educated our Store Associates on our extra sanitation protocols and they will be happy to explain what we are doing if you have questions about your shopping, home delivery or in-home technician appointment.

PREPARING YOUR APPLIANCES

In our warehouses, we are applying the same store sanitation protocols with warehouse equipment that our team members use during the handling of your products.

RECEIVING DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

For Home Deliveries and In-Home Technician Appointments, our teams are also taking extra measures to prevent any unintentional spread of illness.  As with stores and warehouses, they will be using hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes between each delivery or appointment and they will be regularly disinfecting their interiors and outside handles of their vehicles.

Finally, we have been steadfast in providing guidance to our associates.  We are frequently reminding our associates to stay home if they are sick, wash their hands, use hand sanitizer, clean their personal workspaces, and otherwise to exercise precautionary measures.
