- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, salt, nutmeg, and ginger in a mixing bowl.
- Add eggs, oil, and vanilla. Mix using baking spatulas until the dough is soft but not sticky. If it is still sticky add more flour a tablespoon at a time until it feels right.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Roll out on powdered surface and cut into shapes. Place on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at or until cookies look done.
- Remove and let cool for 5 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
