We may be biased, but in our opinion, AllSouth has some pretty impressive employees in its ranks. The Employee Spotlight series aims to highlight the talented individuals who work here. Each month, we’ll be featuring an interview here on the blog highlighting our collection of AllSouth All-Stars.
For this month’s Employee Spotlight, we spoke with Debbie Bilodeau. Here at AllSouth, Debbie works in our sales department…and is pretty awesome at it! She has worked in the industry since 1987 and still does business with the same clients she started with, pretty impressive huh?
What do you enjoy about working at AllSouth?
For me, it’s the people. I love everyone I work with and that encourages me to want to go to work every day. It is a family environment here and it really shows.
What is your favorite appliance?
I cook on a Wolf all gas range and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it…BUT I have always wanted an Advantium oven because of the versatility and time saving it provides. I’d probably cook a little more if I had that instead of just cooking on Sundays for the week.
Any favorite recipes?
Well…my kids always say that nobody makes coleslaw and potato salad the way that I do.
Any advice on purchasing new appliances?
That all depends. It depends on if they are staying in the house or what will fit and what their situation is. It just comes down to different factors for every customer according to their wants, needs, budget, etc.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
The best part about my job is just simply helping people love their kitchen. I don’t want to just sell them appliances. I want them to love their kitchen and I want it to be an enjoyable experience as they do it. I love people and everybody has a story. I enjoy the relationships I form through this job and the connection I make with customers.
