Sausage Balls

Preparation Method

  1. In a skillet, cook and crumble sausage over medium heat until cooked through and lightly browned; drain.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cheese, baking mix, onion, mushrooms and milk; mix well.
  3. Shape mixture into 36 walnut-size balls; place on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 350°F until lightly browned; about 15 – 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven; let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
