Lemon Pasta

Preparation Method

  1. Melt butter in small pot, and add lemon juice.
  2. Add lemon zest and mix.
  3. Cook pasta, drain, put back in pot and add lemon sauce.
  4. Put on serving plate – sprinkle with fresh ground pepper, Parmesan and a little more zest.
