Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Preparation Method

  1.  Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with foil & coat with cooking spray.
  2.  In a large bowl, whisk together the flour with 1/2 cup water and salt and pepper to taste. Add the cauliflower florets to the flour mixture and toss to coat.
  3. Place the cauliflower florets in a single layer on the baking sheet; season to taste with salt & pepper.
  4.  Bake for 20 minutes. While the cauliflower is baking, whisk together the buffalo wing sauce, melted butter & honey until smooth.
  5.  Pour the buffalo sauce mixture over the cauliflower and toss to coat. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until crispy and  just starting to brown.
  6.  Serve immediately, with celery sticks & ranch dip if desired.

-2/3 cup of buffalo wing sauce (or more)

-1 tablespoon melted butter

-1/2 teaspoon honey

-Celery sticks & ranch dip for serving
